Wrap Instructions
Our weight-loss wraps are a healthy, easy solution. Come in your sweats - there is no need to remove your clothing or feel exposed or uncomfortable. Relax and let the radiant heat therapy do all the work! It's all about burning calories.
Before
1. Drink at least 16 oz of water within the hour preceding your wrap. Electrolyte water helps rehydrate your body and replenish electrolytes for optimum hydration.
2. Use the restroom immediately before entering the wrap.
3.Eat something light within the hour preceding to ensure some nutrients are in your system.
4. Wear sweats and socks to make sure your skin is not exposed during the wrap. We will provide water during the wrap if needed. Usually the perspiration will not totally saturate your sweats during the wrap so they are fine to wear home after - similar to a good work out at the gym. You are welcome to bring another set of clothes to wear after.
5. Plan for a quiet, meditative 50 minutes of warmth and relaxation during this healing weight-loss wrap. Netflix is available for your entertainment
1. Drink water without sugar or artificial sweeteners after your wrap. Electrolyte water is the best to rehydrate. The water weight you lost will come back when you rehydrate but the calories you burn will not!
2. Do not eat for an hour afterwards and keep your food intake light.
